Which legal entity operates the service
AI Investment Training & Education is a commercial designation for the entity that owns and manages this platform and its associated trading interface.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and establish an account. The entity's official registration name, legal structure, registration details and corporate group affiliation are documented in the client agreement provided upon registration, and can be obtained on demand via the methods outlined in the "Accessing documentation" section below.
Given that organizational structures, registration details and operational arrangements may evolve, we intentionally do not include them as permanent statements in promotional content. The client agreement and accompanying documentation are the definitive references; in any conflict between this page and those materials, the materials control.
Group companies and service providers
Specific operations - server infrastructure, settlement systems, price feeds, know-your-customer utilities - are performed by qualified independent vendors pursuant to formal contracts. The categories of vendor engaged and how your data is processed by them are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We identify here the nature of the requirements applying to the service, rather than citing regulators or regulatory codes, which are contained within official documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Applicant vetting and threat assessment, continuous activity review, escalation mechanisms and documentation storage compliant with legal retention rules.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
- Regions classified as elevated risk under current regulatory standards for illicit financial activity.
- Any region we have chosen to restrict due to organizational compliance considerations.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Obtaining corporate and regulatory materials
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Include "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject line.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Responses are given within the window advised upon acknowledgment of your inquiry. Certain materials may be supplied in summary form where they include proprietary information.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Inquiries regarding our regulatory standing, our compliance arrangements, or concerns warranting escalation should be directed through the compliance channel rather than standard customer service.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Go to the report abuse function. Falsely claiming to represent AI Investment Training & Education via communications, promotions or duplicate platforms should be reported through that channel for our intervention.
Do you handle inquiries from companies or media through this channel?
Yes - direct them via the contact form with an explicit subject line and they will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
